This page started not for or against Brexit (British
exit from EU), but with message:
Regardless if For or Against Brexit, Please Register
& Vote.
UK deprived 750,000+ British living
longer than 15 years in the EU of
any vote. If you can still vote, don't let them
steal your vote too: Register & Vote !
New message:
Brexit 2016-06-23 Referendum Margin
Fraudulent: After UK stole/ deprived 3.7 Million globally, inc. 750,000+ votes from UK citizens in EU, the
rump results do not represent us.
UK also deprived us of our right to
constituency MP representation: Worth 10 MPs for British in EU who cant
vote in UK, & 40 MPs for Brits
globally who can't vote in UK:
( 750,000+ Brits affected in EU /
68,000 electors (92,000 population) per MP = 10 MPs.
& globally: 3,700,000 /
68,000 = 40 MPs).
The British Parliament fails to
represent 750,000+ British in Europe,
British in EU
also only have EU
MEPs till UK exits EU.
- On 2016-06-23
Referendum day, author was on a UK
high street, urging people to vote & get their friends to
vote, whichever way they wanted, "'Cos I'm British & not _Allowed_ to
vote!" - All were surprised & thought it unfair he
couldn't vote! -
- Government
gerrymandered & stole the votes of many UK citizens
resident in Europe.
(Suppressed & Not
Documented at

Brexit lies & media funding: Follow the money !
- Offshore tax evaders scared of new EU anti tax haven law
-
Who paid Cambridge Analytica ?
Some Links:
- Brexit funders have been fined by Electoral
Commission & others under criminal investigation by
police..
- Who paid & from where ? One could propose
investigations eg here "What question do you
want BBC News to investigate?"
-
Who promotes Brexit & invests, speculating on the
British economy tanking & pound plunging on
international currency markets ?:
-
Putin also benefits from a divided Europe weakened by UK
outside the EU, eg with no Galileo
(EU GPS) for UK military: Was there Russian funding too, as well as tax evader/
criminal foreign sponsorship ? Who else with funds outside
the UK broke election law buying media influence over the
British electorate ?
2018-12-17:
You'd expect British residents abroad in EU over 15 years should be well informed on UK, EU,
& Brexit, & worthy of a vote ?
UK instead steals our right to vote, dis-franchises
us!
As excuse, UK mis-appropriated as precedent, the 15 year limit for UK local internal general
election suffrage.
UK ignores that many British long term ex-pats in EU
would be increasingly Better informed about EU, than many
UK citizens who've just stayed home in UK, traded
with EU, or holiday-ed in EU.
UK dis-franchises some of its most informed & affected
citizens!
UK hypocrisy cheats:
- The UK, resident in the EU
longer than 15 years, asserts its
right to vote on Brexit
- Yet UK stole the same right to vote on Brexit,
from UK citizens equally resident in the EU
longer than 15 years.

No Taxation Without
Representation
1750 and Now
- Many British in
EU are denied votes on Brexit.
- Britain still taxes those whose votes it steals, gerrymandering.
- Last time
UK Parliament did that, it provoked the American
Revolution
- This time, 90% of British citizens this author knows, are applying for German
citizenship. Probably similar across Europe.
- Good that some British did vote, either way, on the
First Modern
Brexit Referendum 2016-06-23, But
the politicians who stole rights to vote,
gerrymandered, & now whip Parliament to comply with
the part un-democratic 2016-06-23
referendum, garner loathing & degrade Britain'
s previous democratic reputation
internationally.
- Many British in
EU have investments taxed at source in UK: banks,
building societies, pensions, property rental, shares
etc.
- Some will renounce British citizenship if dual
nationality is not allowed if Britain leaves EU &
that threatens their EU
residence.
-
The
EU
recently got its member countries including Germany to
allow dual citizenship
- Estonian
e-citizenship is not a solution, its only an identity
for Internet not a citizenship giving residence. wired .
co . uk / article / estonia - e - resident
-
Parliament &
"No Taxation Without
Representation"
- British politicians have not learnt in over 250
years: They
alienated British citizens in America 1750 & lost
America, Now they alienate British citizens in
Europe. Many British author knows
are taking German citizenship because of Brexit. We can't complain to our MPs because we
don't have one - The UK Government Stole Our
Votes ! (& inverse happens too: A German
Lufthansa air steward living in London was on TV,
because he took British nationality, afraid for his UK
residency because of Brexit)
- 2016-05-11: BBC
Parliament: Chris Grayling, Leader of the House of
Commons, to Select Committee (on "EVEL:
English Votes For English Laws") quoted
"No Taxation Without Representation" ... But
only to do with UK internal devolution, Scots Welsh
Irish & English matters. Still insular vision only
!
-
Why pay tax to a stupid cheating
thief ?
- The UK government thieves, stealing votes from UK
ex pats.
- The UK government cheated,
gerrymandered, denied many most affected citizens a
vote.
-
The UK government is stupid:
- Denied its most informed citizens a vote.
- Abuses British ex pat citizens. - Scaring them
to suddenly rush for dual citizenships.
- Scares foreign residents in UK to apply for
British passports.
-
What to do when UK is treasonous to
citizens ?
- UK may have to learn again, as per USA war of
independence from Britain:
"No Taxation Without Representation"
-
Individual solutions:
- Take Dual citizenship of non UK, in an EU
land of residence. Optionally later also drop UK
nationality.
-
Maybe also buy a property in Scotland, &
gamble on
SNP getting independence & Scotland
staying in EU. Maybe Scotland would apply Greek
style policy, where
buying a house priced above some price entitles
to Greek citizenship.
Cheapest is Malta apparently:
-
Could the UK split ? UDI ? ( SNP
wants to. Maybe Ireland &/or London Too
?)
- "A split is Impossible !" (Say
ostriches, heads in sand).
But splits are entirely possible! In England'
s civil war there was a similar a
patchwork of 2 sides as there is now, & PM
Theresa May maximises fear of a maximally Hard
Brexit, & fear & dissent grow.
-
- If a split occurs, Northern Ireland may
separate first (Catholics breeding faster, by 2022
? there will be more Catholics than Protestants in
NI)
- Scotland will demand another independence
referendum and it will be difficult to refuse them,
so they may split.
- Maybe the United Kingdom of Great Britain &
Northern Ireland might shrink to England &
Wales, aka Wangland or Engles ?
-
Then the big one economically: The future City State of London !
- Currency:
Pound Sterling initially presumably, then Euro later
? Several countries not part of UK use Pound
Sterling, just as some non USA use dollar,
& some non EU
use Euro.
- Monarchy: As before, no point rocking the boat,
& QE2
is monarch of 16 realms, of which United Kingdom,
aka Dis-Uniting Kingdom is just one.
- Other issues: Search what
others have discussed.
- A Celtic Union ?
Northern Ireland from Scottish stock. Maybe a broad
band through Scotland & Ireland ?
-
Create a mini or
micro state
- wealthy with lots of ex pat income,
- join/ remain in the EU.
- It would retain our EU
citizenship.
- It would levy some tax, & deprive UK of a
lot of ex pat tax inc. investment tax.
- If some citizens bought a small piece of land
somewhere in EU, on understanding with vendor
country they will declare independence after
purchase, create a new mini state & ask EU
to accept them, on same set of agreements as UK, or
same as state patch of land purchased from, or
whatever EU
cares to stipulate, to allow ultra rapid
integration.
- It might incredibly please the EU
to rub UK's nose in it, as EU
don't want UK to leave, & would be a
stick for EU
to beat UK with, would also keep many of the UK ex
pat professionals & wealthy professionals
already in EU.
- UK citizens would have right of abode in all EU
countries inc. UK, till the day UK leaves. After,
dual citizens of mini state & UK state would
still retain right of abode in UK, that would only
dissappear for those who renounced UK
citizenship.
Note it is possible to have triple etc
citizenships, eg that of UK, where you live, &
some 3rd country eg new mini state.
- ex UK citizens could in future pay investment
etc taxes that used to go to UK, to new micro state
member of EU
?
- Mini state would pay EU
whatever,
- UK would lose a Lot of tax,
- We'd pay less tax than before to UK: no
UK national debt!
- Yes, whoever set it up would be paid well to do
it, serious work.
- No, author is not looking
to do it, he's a
computer consultant not an entrepreneur.
- Maybe start with a venture capital like
structure, maybe a kickstarter.com
or similar ?
- Currency:
Euro
- Maybe schemes are afoot already ? Search
-
Daft Ideas ? No, just thinking outside the box ! They
will only remain unlikely, unless/ until promoted.
- It was daft to try to fly, till they
succeeded.
- Bitcoin
would have sounded far fetched till it happened !
- The ideas don't even need new technology,
& there's historical precedent for all
elements.
-
Political solutions within UK
-
Contact MPs:
- The changing sentiment in the country, the
narrow original percentage vote difference has
narrowed, flipped or nearing yet ?
- Ex pat votes were
gerrymandered , stolen.
- The enormity & longevity of issues,
compared with trivial repetitive 5 year General
Elections.
- Remind MPs of the old adage:
"It's the economy, Stupid!"
Where will UK be as the Pound continues to dive
faster after Brexit ? Parliament need to
think longer term for UK, than fickle pendulum
voters in ballot booths giving government a
kick.
-
London & Scotland & sensible MPs could & should
- Force non party whipped, free individual
conscience non party votes in Commons & Lords
(Brexit issues are Not conventional left/right UK
party politics, it's an abuse of the whip
using it to bolster Theresa May's Hard
Brexit).
- Force government to give ex pats votes.
- Force a referendum on
negotiated terms, after terms are negotiated &
published.

Find & Email Your MP, or if abroad Any MP
-
Essential Prefix To MPs: "My post code
is:___,"
- Emails to MPs have to have "your" postcode
(or more accurately: some postcode that is within
the MPs constituency) else filters in Parliament
discard the mail, (and maybe also at or
constituency or party office ).
- If you've been out from UK over 15 years & Parliament has
stolen your right to vote & your MP, Don'
t let it stop you writing & receiving
replies from MPs, which others out over 15 years have already proved Can be
done.
- Just look up an
MP that you think could represent you, &
read & use their postcode from their Parliament or
constituency web sites, or to be a bit more
clever, find an adjacent property in constituency
using a map
server, or royalmail
. com / find - a - postcode.
- Or better: use a friends, relatives, or
colleagues address, someone who can forward
(maybe by scan & email) paper mail, as some
MPs answer by email, but some, or maybe their
parties just send standard replies by paper snail
mail.
-
Suggestion: What To Write:
- Please vote for a new Brexit
referendum."
- New referendum Now
Please! It will buy UK & EU more time (Art 50.3), to avoid a
hard crash, & reconsider options."
- Avoid a hard crash ! 2.5 years since the last
2016-06-23 Referendum,
some have change minds (as is allowed for at
periodic General Elections, but suppressed by a
one off narrow Brexit). The Brexit referendum 2016-06-23 stole 750,000+ British votes resident in
EU, 3.7 Million globally,
2.8
Million in UK were too young to vote, more
Remainers than leavers; 1.9 Million in UK
died, mostly leavers. Electoral fines & lies.
A National unity government should Revoke Article 50, Have a new
referendum, Then Re-issue Article 50 after
planning a Non Chaotic Exit.
- Parliament
Should Refuse Both Major
Party Leaders & Whips, Force Free Votes Of
Conscience, Restore Stolen
Votes, & hold a Second Referendum,
being a First Democratic & Informed
Referendum.
- A new robot launched Mon 17th Dec 2018: demandpeoples.vote/
additional to notbuyingit.uk/
-
How Many ? How Often ?
- As Parliament stole Brits Abroad'
s votes & silenced Brits Abroad for
years, & they've only just realised
how to make themselves heard, & as Brexit
will hit Brits resident in the EU harder than
Brits resident in the UK, threatening residence
& work permits, health
cover etc...
- You could make up for past abuses & lost
time:
- You could decide to write more than one MP,
eg place you were last on electoral roll, &
place where you now most identify, etc.
- Some write regularly.
- You could copy what you send to brexit@
mail list so others can be inspired to send
similar.

Draft:
- TITLE: Repeal the 15 year non resident exclusion on
Referendums [& maybe Elections]. Give UK
citizens [in
EU oder wider?] right to vote [on
EU Referendums &/or General
Elections].
-
BODY:
- The reason petition only drafted here, but
not [yet] created is author
is not in UK, & it's safer for the
petition be created by an author & 5
co-signatories all permanently resident within
the UK, not to risk exposing a petition to
sabotage by UK government &/or civil servants
who have already mis-used suffrage/
franchise criteria to steal our right to vote
!
- There was a similar previous petition, it
time expired, maybe people back then didn'
t realise the significance, how many of
us had their votes stolen,
how narrow the 2016-06-23
Referendum margin. Stir the pot, Challenge
stupid politicians who lie
saying we've all had our chance to vote,
[& Brexit should now be forced on us].
OUR VOTES WERE STOLEN BY
BRITISH GOVERNMENT - WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO
VOTE.

- The post 2016-06-23 Referendum
political chaos { inc. Conservative & Labour
resignations, challenge from Scotland,
legal moves to ensure a prime minister can't just
implement Brexit without parliament
(Mischcon), half baked ignorant statements ignoring
individual civil rights embedded in treaties beyond mere EU,
etc} Creates time & space through to the Autumn &
beyond, to think deeper, & better consider all aspects of
a possible Brexit, rather than stupidly take the narrow 2016-06-23 Referendum margin as knee
jerk authorisation to leave.
- It was infuriating to listen to radio in UK for days
after 2016-06-23 Referendum, to
repeatedly hear lots in ignorance say
- "We've all had a chance to vote, now we
must implement it" IT' S A LIE ! We did Not _All_ have a chance to vote
!!
- BRITAIN STOLE OUR VOTES : Author
is a British citizen, was physically in UK (Kent) on the day
& not eligible to register or vote
- It would be irresponsible to push Brexit through without
serious House Of Commons & Lords multi
readings & debate.
- Some in UK who voted Leave EU really
just intended a kick or warning to the EU
Brussels bureaucracy, some probably didn't expect a
majority with immediate consequences. Even many who voted
Remain In EU also
consider the Brussels bureaucracy overpaid, bloated, forcing
ever more regulations on us too fast, annoying almost all
members with their wide interference. Bloat worsened by
speaking every language in the EU, with costs of interpreters
& translators, delays & mis-understanding. Even
wasting a 1/4 of their time each month in Strasbourg. Many
citizens of the EU outside
the UK also think we need a looser Europe with flexibility,
moving slower together, not forced fast by overpaid EU
bureaucrats driving their own agenda of grand visions.

Author expects UK economy & house
prices will soften & drop in autumn 2016, when
politicians return from holiday & the disaster
progressively starts to unravel.
- Business likes stability & a predictable future
market. Brexit will produce a lot of market disruption
& more scares as it unfolds. Building new alternative
trade agreements & finding customers outside EU
will take years.
- Whether investing in new production lines, or
lubricating foreign palms to place "invisible export"
contracts in UK, etc, It takes time to recoup
investments. More reason for a bust than a boom.
- Bankers in London fear for jobs. France & Germany
will make bids yet again to shoulder out the London
finance market.
- Would an EU
citizen buy a house in London today ? With some idiot UK
politicians saying existing EU
people in UK might have to go home ? Half a Million
French in London author recalls ?
Maybe same again for Poles ? Whatever the numbers are,
won't be good for London & SE property
market
- A bad time to `invest'
in UK property. (Except perhaps not a bad time for
buyers with Euros or dollars as pound is worth a lot less
).
- Some in UK will start trying to drive harder bargains
courtesy of Brexit fears.
- Britain in 20 years might or not do better outside
EU, but short term next year or 2, UK will do worse, The
disaster of Brexit will take time to unfold. (When West
Germany damaged its economy acquiring East Germany, it
was a 20+ year long financial disaster (though benefited
NATO)).

Guide on Article 3 of Protocol No. 1 - Right to free
elections
31. In a series of cases beginning in 1961, the
Commission declared inadmissible, as manifestly ill-
founded , complaints about restrictions on voting rights
based on a residence criterion (see the Commission
decisions: X. and Others v. Belgium ; X. v. the United
Kingdom (11 December 1976) ; X. v. the United Kingdom (28
February 1979) ; X. v. the United Kingdom (13 May 1982) ;
Polacco and Garofalo v. Italy ; Luksch v. Germany ). 32.
The Court subsequently reiterated the compatibility y
with Article 3 of Protocol No. 1 of the residence
criterion . Such a restriction can be justified for a
number of reasons:
# first, the presumption that non -resident citizens are
less directly or less continuously concerned by their
country 's day -to-day problems and have less
knowledge of them ;
# second , the fact that candidates standing for
election to Parliament cannot so
easily present the election issues to citizens living
abroad, who will also have less influence on the
selection of candidatees or on the drafting of their
manifestos ;
# third , the close connection between the right to vote
in parliamentary elections and the fact of being directly
affected by the acts of the political bodies thus
elected; and, Guide on Article 3 of Protocol No. 1 -
Right to free elections
# fourth , the legitimate concern the legislature may
have to limit the influence of citizens living abroad in
elections concerning issues which, while fundamental ,
primarily affect those living in the country

Challenge the 2016-06-23
Referendum in an International

) as illegal, a breach of the civil rights of 750,000+ UK citizens.
(To check if 750,000+ is an
under or over estimate:
)
- Maybe force a 2nd referendum, which would force some
needed time to think & let the chaos subside. (NB
Austrian Presidential election was ruled void in July 2016 by
Austrian court & election must be re run, just because of
procedural errors (Form Fehler counting started
too early), Britain has made a disgustingly worse
abuse, denying 750,000+ of its most EU
experienced citizens a vote. UK should Not be less democratic
than Austria !
- Buy time for public to better understand Brexit issues in
the UK, currently populace have a different slant than MPs. Come Autumn, if/as the economy worsens,
& some electors who merely wanted to give the Brussels
bureaucracy a kick may start to realise they've
kicked themselves too.
- Buy time for other
EU countries to use Brexit as a lever to sack &
discipline some top Brussels Federal Eurocrats for forcing
the EU to be
so overbearing. Not just British want to dump bounding
Eurocrats; as Daniel Hannan
MEP said, many Eurocrats such as Chris
Patten, Neil
Kinnock, & now Jean
Claude Juncker etc, are only there after losing a
national election.
- Contact Harry Shindler, San Benedetto, Italy &
Jacquelyn MacLennan, Belgium, who took it to Supreme Court, & ask if/ encourage them to
take it to an International Court,
if necessary start crowd funding support

Details
After our meeting in March, a number of people had
questions about the 2016-06-23
Referendum and the effect on UK citizens living in
Munich and surrounding areas. Paul Heardmann, who is the
Consul General in Munich, has kindly agreed to a Q
and A session on 9 May at 18:00 in the Pschorr Brauhaus,
Theresienhöhe.
He can talk about the British government's
position and about voting rights for expatriates in
general. Please bear in mind that his role in Germany and
Bavaria is to present the government's view and
to work for a solution that is good for the UK and its
citizens in Germany, whatever the outcome of the (2016-06-23) Referendum. I' m
sure that he will convey any concerns that back to
London, but until the outcome of the (2016-06-23) Referendum, he will not be
able to speculate about any outcomes.
We had a good turnout for the last meeting and I'
ve booked a slightly larger room. The event is
free of charge - the restaurant will charge for food and
drink.
To give us some idea of numbers, please let us know
whether you would like to come.

A few friends couldn't make it & asked author for a report,
rather than repeat by phone & over a beer etc, notes below.
Corrections Welcome
Back To Top Of Page
Notes Of Meeting
- author counted
& recalls maybe 30 or so, maybe more were still
arriving then. author thinks Rob
counted more later ?
- Vast majority by a show of hands (called by an
audience member on Faraday table) could Not vote, been
here too long, just a few could vote, about 4 or 5
maybe). Considerable resentment that we couldn't
vote.
- Most by far were edging toward retirement or retired,
only very few were near young ... (There are lot of young
British in Munich, not there though).
Several lawyers in audience, Various EPO, Faraday, Berklix etc
- Lots of concern to spread the word both in Munich
& back home. Postcard size green flyers handed out
promoting gov .
uk / register - to - vote
- Nearly all seemed in favour of UK remaining in
EU.
-
Consul was introduced. He's been in Munich 4
years.
-
Consul spoke:
- Promoting staying in EU, following the government
line.
- Asked if he should play it neutrally with a civil
servant's straight bat, he did not feel the
need, & was happy to promote the government line:
Stay in EU.
- Soon-ish [date?]
Consul will be bound by purdah & must then
remain neutral.
- He gave a timetable of events (all verbal,
nothing written, stuff like when his purdah starts).
He said we have about a week to safely apply to
vote.
- He made no mention there's a great mass
of British throughout EU
seriously annoyed we're dis-franchised by 15 year rule;
- No mention of law case to
try to get us votes, until we asked about case, at which point 3 or more
audience members
informed us.
- He knew by prior show of hands, how few of us
could vote, as dis-franchised by his employer the UK
government, but did Nothing to inform us to help
overturning the wholesale dis-franchising of us,
British citizens in Munich & Bavaria, (even
though if we were enfranchised, the vast majority was
inclined to vote per his government
instructors).
- Various members of audience seemed to think he
wasn't casting much light on various topics
he could have. A subset of those things were
generally realised to be unforeseeable, & as he
pointed out he's not on an expert on German
Nationality procedure of course. Perhaps he'
d be more forthcoming on trade, than our
voting franchise & personal rights interests, but
before the Chamber Of Commerce meeting he'll
be into purdah so can't speak there.
- A lot of concern about pensions, right to residence
& work, & variety of other topics.
- Some abstract discussion about some Vienna convention
on citizens retaining right in event of ...
- Some here (R.) are applying for German citizenship.
Can't have dual German & other citizenship
(said various people, but this author believes that is too simplistic,
there are minor exceptions, can' t remember, author
recalls Jews & 2 other categories ? A German national
(C.) told author after, if eg
mother German & ... but most have to choose at 18 -
however that's a matter of German law, not
British law, French, Polish law etc.). Can have eg
British & French dual.
- There's a law case
going through the courts, re us not being able to vote.
Someone from Faraday/EPO long table by window handed author
earlier papers. author showed to
D. D told us all: result was/ would be today (same day as
our meeting) Little chance of appeal succeeding.
- One can renounce British citizenship irrevocably if
one wants, but German constitution gives more protection
.
- EU treaty says 2 years if a country wants to leave.
When starting ? Not specified. D. thought it would take
far longer, & after 5 years UK might start to
negotiate to re-enter EU.
- Some inc. P
.
want to meet on election night as the results come in, preferably with a live
news feed. (It was probably assumed TV would be
nice, but a bar/ restaurant beer garden with an
accessible WLAN for eg an Android tablet + a "Film on
Live TV App" might choke on limited bandwidth - might
be better to settle for an Android FM Radio App, or even
just a high quality conventional radio, any of which this
author could bring).
That & other follow up Can be discussed on mail
list.

UK expats - registered to vote in the EU referendum (2016-06-23)
Almost 106,000 overseas electors
registered to vote - three times the numbers that were on
the register ahead of the previous general election in
2010. While this is a real improvement, it is still a
fraction of the 5.5 Million UK citizens estimated to be
living overseas, and potentially
eligible to vote at the EU Referendum (2016-06-23). This means Millions of UK
citizens living overseas could
miss out on their chance take part in the referendum (2016-06-23) on the UK's
membership of the European
Union because they don't know they are
eligible to register to vote. That is why we are
supporting the second ever overseas Voter Registration Day to let UK
residents overseas that many of
them are eligible to vote and that it's now
easier than ever to take the first step by going online
to register to vote."

Sure the EU screws up too, but probably less than idiot
nationalist politicians, & at least with different
cultures & different ways of solving problems, by
exchanging ideas, they have the chance to hear of better
solutions, & learn from mistakes of others.
Here's some things EU have screwed up in
chronological order:
-
Costs of dual citizenship, passports, IDs. language

brexit Anyone else Not applying for German
citizenship ? I've
been here since '85, & remain incensed
with Britain stealing our votes, but will Not
become German. Anyone else signed the campaigns to
enable EU passports ? Anyone else considering
moving investments from UK ? When rats depart a
sinking ship (apologies ;-) it gets noticed (I hope **). Sterling on 2016-06-23 referendum day was
1.302, now 1.143, dropped 8.2% so far. I expect
Sterling will continue to drop, until more British
might (**) realise they' ve shot themselves
in foot, & Brexit's not simple binary
heaven, & a general election might provide a
less sycophantic Commons. UK Budget seems readying
for crisis & failure, not a boom. Higher chance
of a UK London & banking led property market
slump, than a boom, IMO. The Leave vote was too
close, it fragmented Britain, ( Scotland &
London on same side, Remain In, while parts of East
Kent inc. Channel tunnel & Dover port want to
Leave. ) England was a similar patchwork before the
[first] English civil war. Theresa May's
whip for hard Brexit is good for her but bad for
the UK. B Team one trick horse Theresa May will
probably be sacked the moment she flinches from
riding hard for Brexit. Theresa May reduces chances
of friendly reciprocal negotiation with EU. Forcing
the Lords
to rescind their amendment to protect EU citizens
in UK, tempts EU
to threaten British in EU,
to ensure protection of EUs in UK. No Commons MP
represent expats - Britain stole our votes, but we
still have elected EU
representatives this year who we are entitled to
contact, if we can think how to use that remaining
right. Theresa May's hard Brexit will
further scare investors aware of other global
populist/ nationalist potential trade disrupters
inc: Germany's AFD, France's Marine
Le Pen, Holland's Wilders, Turkey'
s Erdogan, America's Trump. Expect
a global slump, unemployment & higher taxes,
& fatter incomes & dividends for armaments
& security industries. Wouldn' t
surprise author if a UK snap
election occurred before schedule. They could

2017-04-06 Not just Debts
But Assets Too - An under considered topic !
Almost as soon as the EU
wanted to give the UK a leaving bill for incurred
liabilities, this author thought:
EU
also has assets; If UK accepts a slice of EU
debt, it's fair to claim & offset a slice of
EU
assets, eg European
Parliament & office buildings etc.
Farage's speech in European
Parliament yesterday or today raised the issue. I
think it was adjacent to his speech referred below, but I
can't find a transcript ?
Evaluating EU Debts
V Assets opens other cans of worms:
- Precedent for other future EU
joiners & leavers as effectively buying & selling
shares in EU Ltd
has not been done before, & with EU's long
disputed lust for perpetual enlargement Eastward, small
new economies might not afford to buy in to EU Ltd
?
- Similar precedent with UK from EU, as for Scotland
from UK : if it leaves, Who would pay who how much for a
fair slice of EU /
UK national debt versus assets ? Perhaps better Not
present bills & not waste money on bean counters ?
It's often said lawyers not partners win in
acrimonious divorce disputes.

2017-07-03: Questions
& Answers with British
Consul
- Organisers Ingrid & David
- A Meeting in Munich of maybe 50 ? or so British
again, about 14? no shows so tables spare.
- Chair: David, Speakers A chap from Vienna who will
start a group there, Ingrid, & many others, (inc this
author Julian).
- Not in chronological order
-
All very dis-satisfied with
Consul uttering copious Government soft soap not
believed by anyone present. Various interjections on
rubbish such as "EU keeping UK waiting", &
"negotiations in good faith on both sides"
(European negotiators probably somewhat wary
of a delaying, chaotic British government, surviving
on bribed Northern Ireland votes, claiming to
represent a riven nation, that denies its citizens
abroad votes, & threatens EU
citizen rights in UK, thus imperilling UK citizen
rights in EU.)
- David mentioned, re. Government fumbling: it had been
British foreign policy for 500 years to split &
balance European forces. Britain has now managed the
opposite: To unite Europe against Britain.
- David volunteered he could contact authorities to
investigate citizen status issues if only
Consul would give him high level introductions
instead of currently working bottom up.
Consul ignored the offer.
- Ingrid said organisers of citizens impacted by Brexit
were self financing expenses, (particularly in Berlin), including expenses of visiting
government in UK. No offer of help from UK government,
Consul more than ignored that request for support,
said they couldn't support political parties.
Ignored we're from all political parties, this s
apolitical, only thing in common is we're
British, imperilled by Britain& deprived of right to
constituency MPs to represent us.
-
Consul said he would _Not_ relay to London the
depth of concerns & annoyance from the meeting,
despite UK has deprived us of constituency MPs to represent us.
-
Consul said he was willing to come again.
- Many other point were made by many other people, I
don't have time to type, if you were there, post
to the
Mail List & I can mouse copy text or
links.
-
After Formal End:
- Numerous people observed, despite the
Consul uttering government rubbish, most speakers had
still articulated their disbelief, fears, & anger, in
a very British under stated manner, while many other
nationals would have reacted much more vigorously.
- Many suspect the
Consul will not present to London the full breadth as
well as certainly not the depth of our problems,
concerns, etc.
-
Is a
Consul any benefit to us ?
- This time (as last) nothing was learned, nothing
solved, nothing gained from the
Consul.
However, we did learn from each other, so is a
Consul merely useful as a PR catalyst, to draw
extra audience ?
- Is government purpose for
consular attendance, merely to be seen to go
through the motions, make an audience feel they'
ve been listened to, but do Nothing, Not
help, & provide Nothing ?
(Not pure cynicism: To consult trade union
representatives, with intent to do nothing after, is
a technique this author first
observed in junior management in his early 20s. -
Repeats play less well to large audiences of
professionals ;-).
- Is a
Consul best a mere mouthpiece of a floundering
government of the day ?
- Or do Consuls etc as long term civil servants
bear a deeper duty to support citizens abroad who
find themselves suddenly assailed by a mass of
problems, (amazingly triggered not by foreign host
countries, but by British government
incompetence).
- Consuls etc as civil servants are NOT political
appointees to pander to politics of the day, unlike
eg USA ambassadors appointed by a president.
- When more stable British governments returns,
career reviews may not be so rosey for civil servants
that merely pandered to deposed politicians.
- Could Consuls help Ex pats with Brexit impacts ?
Many cynics say "Useless to us, just interested in
promoting trade."
Even such consuls would be foolish to refuse to warn
London: British "Soft Power" degrades as British Ex
Pats tell local foreign associates: Don't
trust Britain! It stole our votes, scared British
they might lose health treatment, scared us to apply
for foreign citizenship; & scared EU
citizens in UK too.
- Tell the brexit@
mail list or a meeting announced on the brexit@
mail list, if you have ideas to protect Ex-Pats
from the impacts of Brexit.
- Plan next is to take a summer break for a couple of
months, perhaps just another Brexit Group Beer Garden,
without need for organisers to spend lots of time
arranging. PS Brexit also gets discussed at meetings of
Beer Gardeners
& Faraday etc
groups.

As Theresa May & Jeremy Corbin are both
inflexibly for Brexit, we'd probably still
have no votes in time if there's a 2nd Referendum on Brexit terms
negotiated.
Both major parties are held by leaders & whips
enforcing Brexit, so we're doomed, unless we
help stir it to achieve new leaders &/ or
minority governments , where Brexit can be voted
by individual MPs as free votes of
conscience.
Best to derail Theresa May's back door trade
deals with local EU
leaders (which EU
has told member countries not to do). British in the EU
could send short notes in local languages to each
recipient of David Davis'
s flying visits, eg Draft Here, improvements
or better ideas ?

police car, various of us said hello to the 2 of
them. They parked their car on pavement adjacent to

- As our group was so small, we'd have been
better off on central grass strip, police wouldn'

for just a few may be possible ?
- Keep flags well back from road edges, to avoid

- Calling & Chanting: Avoid long words &
long slogans - means low volume! - Fails across wide

- Calling "Stop Brexit" seems pointless:

Meeting Notes/ Summary:
-
Many of us agreed the meeting was very good, &
Maria Noichl refreshingly open. I cant hope to
summarise her many points & answers, or many
questions & points from audience. If others
publish text I would gratefully link to it. A few
notes:
- Irish borders: EU
fears a smugglers back door UK to EU
- Amsterdam Hamburg Double
-
Copenhagen Criteria
- As it takes 10 years+ for new nations to
enter EU, a revised Article
50 could benefit by addition of a 2nd leaving
statement, a confirmation with a time lapse of
maybe 3/ 5/ 7 years from the 1st notice.
- European
Parliament is binary, will only get a yes/no
vote, the rest will come from the council.
-
Others made many good points, then I added a few
approx. as below, followed by other people:
- EU should challenge usage of word "democracy"
that UK PM falsely asserted in her 2017-03-29 - Article 50. 3.7 Million votes denied is Not
democracy to European standards.
- One could understand if some EU
MEPs might be tempted, to give UK citizens in the
EU
the same bad treatment UK will enforce on EU
citizens in UK; to attempt to put pressure on UK,
but UK does not care British Abroad, happy to
abuse us, all they want is trade, so British
abroad are worthless as hostages to barter.
- EU should stay hard (as she says
European Parliament intends) & not give
UK a good deal, just a neutral deal. A thieving
lieing abusive UK government does not deserve a
good deal.
- UK govt. may hopefully yet break, esp. when
among issues eg N Ireland's border
problem re-surfaces.
- As the problems unfold, inc. eg later in
Ireland (EU want a border somewhere. DUP (May'
s crutch) objects between NI & GB.
Others don' t want a border between N
& S Ireland to avoid more Troubles) MPs may increasingly break Theresa May
& Jeremy Corbin's whips, & vote
issues on conscience, not to suit party leader[s]
careers.

750,000 British in Europe, (3,700,000 globally), were
deprived of a right to vote in the [1st] Brexit referendum, as resident
outside the UK over 15 years. My
savings, pension, family, media, politics all
remain British. Many others are similar.
No MPs represent us, but we will
be impacted more than Brits in the UK. Governments
of all parties have denied us rights to vote. More
than countries allow
citizens living abroad to vote. All in EU
do, except Britain & Eire.
95% of Brits I know in Munich have taken German
dual citizenship to protect themselves against the
existential threat of Brexit.
Please encourage fellow back bench MPs of all parties to vote Brexit issues
as non party issues. Reject the whips of Both major
party leader; Brits Abroad abhor both equally for
abusing Brexit for party political advantage.
Please seize back control from the whips, &
vote your consciences !
Cheers,
Julian

ADDRESS ...........................,

Dear Mr Clark
Brexit issues split both major parties &
damage Britain. MPs &
electorate deserve free votes of conscience,
as for abortion & death penalty issues
etc.
Demographics have changed since June 2016,
the electorate is better informed & know
some sponsorship of Brexit was criminal: A
People's Vote is appropriate.
The longer Mrs May denies MPs & electorate free votes,
& a referendum,
the more Conservatives will fracture;
Brexiteers & Remainers uniting to reject
her deal.
Many UK voters living in the
EU won't easily vote Conservative
again: 750,000 votes were
deprived from British citizens living over 15 years in the EU, from
British who will be more impacted by Brexit
than voters in the UK. The referendum was then lied to
be Democratic.
While Mrs May forces her Brexit, the economy
disrupts, the Conservatives lose voters, the
party tears itself apart, while chances of a
Jeremy Corbin premiership &/or civil
disorder increase when the fractured economy
collapses.
The electorate resent Mrs May telling them
what they want.
Remove further Brexit choice from Mrs May,
Mr Corbin, their whips & parties.
Let a free fair referendum decide: Hard
Brexit, Or Deal As Issued, Or Remain.
Yours Sincerely
Julian H. Stacey

Dear
Rosie Duffield,
[ I was last registered to vote in your

UK, & remaining 100% British. ]
Brexit issues split both major parties &
damage Britain. MPs &

etc.
We're tired of Mrs May & Mr Corbin
etc abusing Brexit for party or personal
political advantage, while Britain tanks.
Brexit issues are cross party, with Brexiteers
& Remainers in both major parties.
Brexit Issues should be voted freely across
all parties.
Remove further Brexit policy from Mrs May, Mr
Corbin, their whips & parties. Let a free
fair referendum
decide: Hard Brexit, Or Deal As Issued, Or
Remain.

Dear Mr. Clark,

"if I may, I will write again as the process
unfolds."
Please do, <jhs_ERASE_@berklix.com>

Prediction On Brexit
British most places probably discussed
Brexit after turkey etc
In Munich too with an eclectic mix: More
Remainers (also annoyed at stolen votes) + 2 rare (resident in
the EU) Leavers (one of whom would have voted
Leave to scare the EU, though not expecting a
Leave majority, & one committed Leaver who
now doesn't believe Brexit will happen
(*), & some German spouses/ friends etc. All
but 1 Brit Remainer & 1 Brit Leaver had
recently taken German dual nationality to protect
themselves against the UK leaving the EU.
All but one (*) were not sure what would
happen. Below attempts to sketch a consensus of
probabilities:
- Electorate will tell / email /
write MPs : "You lot have sleep walked Too
Long! Seize Control! Fix the Mess!"
- Parliament reconvenes
2019-01-07.
- 2 days later Theresa May's delaying
tactic finally expires
2019-01-09, Debate
preceeding "Meaningful vote" starts.
-
3[+] Votes to come:
- Jeremy Corbin eagerly proposes a no
confidence in the government.
Loses, Conservatives not wanting to be
trounced out of office
- Jeremy Corbin (reluctantly, him being a
Brexiteer, but not wanting to cede leadership
of Labour MPs)
proposes a no confidence in Theresa May'
s deal, & Wins
- Jeremy Corbin more reluctantly, or others
eagerly, propose a Referendum, which probably
wins
- Commons eyes the imminent
Deadline 2017-03-29 23:00
GMT
-
Commons argues for at
least a week on the words on the referendum (of
2016-06-23), Options:
- Some Brexiteer extremists will propose:
Hard Brexit or Deal Brexit. Rejected
- Some Remainers will propose: Remain in
EU or Theresa May's Deal Brexit.
Probably Rejected.
- Many Others might propose: Remain in EU,
Or Theresa May's Deal Brexit, Or Hard
Brexit: Probably a Majority
- A few will suggest
Norway: Rejected as no time.
- A few will suggest
Canada Plus: Rejected as no time (
Canada took 7 years, not 2 months).
- Some may propose a cascaded second
transferable preference vote, for if 1st
preference has too few votes. Most probably
that will be rejected.
- Commons Maybe debates if
the 750,000 Brits resident in
Europe with no UK vote , should be finally
allowed a vote, or the 3,700,000 global Brits with no
vote, (perhaps suggesting the last reading of Votes For Life be brought
forward). Probably quickly discarded for lack of
time, especially as Brits abroad not already
registered with UK at which foreign addresses, No
Time to register, unless EU
extends, Expect Brits abroad to be screwed
again by Britain, the
2nd least democratic country in Europe.
- Once Parliament votes
to authorise a specific Brexit Referendum, EU
has said it could/ would allow an extension of 2 year deadline on Article
50. Which UK would then want.
- But EU
would have to persuade all 27 other member states
to agree. Maybe EU
would achieve a simple numeric deadline
extension, so long as all 28 avoid trying to
change other words & no new deal
shuffling.
- Referendum would then take weeks. Some
country not in Europe once took just 1.5 weeks,
(ref.
requested) - Electoral Commission
normally takes weeks to months, but they'
ve been gearing up ready in case.
- Referendum happens. Count is returned.
Probably more for Remain, as demographics have
changed, & some Brexiteers see Theresa May'
s deal as worse than Remain & some
other ex Brexiteers sees the nightmare chaos
looming.
- Commons argues for a
week or two on what the referendum means & to
do
-
They'll probably decide to stay in EU
(for now) as:
- Change of sentiment.
- Change of demographics, new young
voters, oldies dead.
- The deal's a mess, too late to
change
- Hard brexit far too damaging.
- Time needed If necessary to sack the
PM by the Commons, repeatedly
no confidenced.
- Time needed MPs
decide a candidate for temporary one issue
national emergency Prime Minister. Possibly
LibDem leader as Cons & Lab wont trust each
other.
- Time needed Queen
formally invites someone to form a [temporary]
government of national unity (like war time). (it
does Not have to be leader of largest party,
history shows constitution allows
PMs from minority parties, just we haven'
t had one in a long while), (+ Parties
might split for a while, & reform later)
- Couple Of Days [New?] PM Drafts one
Paragraph "UK withdraws Article 50 letter of 2017-03-29, UK shall remain a
member of the EU. [Sorry for past inconvenience
?]"
If deadline is tight, probably by Ambassador in
Brussels, & paper copy by RAF fighter jet
flown from RAF
Northolt West London, if desperate or for a
spot of theater ;-) (Civil planes get disrupted
for eg
Gatwick drones,
Icelandic Volcanic dust etc)
- EU can not refuse withdrawal, suggested by ECJ - Court official 2018-12-04. Confirmed by
full court see 2018-12-10.
- Later depending on Referendum & Commons, PM might warn EU
verbally, not in writing that UK may again want
to leave EU, but that next time round both sides
should allow more time to negotiate better,
considering that eg the
Canada deal took 7 years. & that if a
next time formal written notice would only be
issued to a 2 year deadline, after most progress
already negotiated.
- Maybe the old EU
idea of a 2 speed Europe might re-arise, & UK
& other EU
states might decide the outer ring suits UK &
some other states better.
-
- Quibbles: Various specious quibbles
may be raised why things supposedly can'
t happen, but don't necessarily
believe them, if push comes to shove, the Commons could force it.
Quibbles might include eg constitutional
assertions of impossibility; But if Parliament
finally decides to seize control there may be
numerous emergency points of order, Order of
business can change, parties could temporarily
re-align, PM & government could be
[temporarily] dumped for duration of the issue, A
quick referendum could
be forced even if not 100% accurate, Lords
& Queen could be
accelerated, etc.
-
OR CRASH &
STACK - MPs could
continue to be irresponsible, allow themselves
to continue being party whipped, Not make it a
matter of conscience, & Not seize control
from the Brexiteers Theresa May & Jeremy
Corbin. UK could paralyse & crash into a
hard no deal Brexit, that not many would profit
from, (except those
invested in a UK industry & Sterling
crash, and a few
multi-millionaire Brexit promoters keen to
avoid the EU's new 2019 law that will
force them to pay the UK more tax, &
some who believe the media they bought/
influenced, etc.)

Dear Mr Clark,
Who will form & be PM of a government of
national unity ?
Before chaos & civil insurrection precede hard
brexit by default,
bringing severe economic damage to the UK ?
Theresa May & Jeremy Corbin are both leavers
not competent to solve Brexit, the
most vital cross party issue of personal
conscience since the last war.
A national unity government is needed to:
- Revoke Article 50,
buying UK time.
- Arrange a new honest (*) referendum
- Re-issue article 50 to EU if UK Parliament
considers it appropriate, with more time to make
arrangements.
(*) Last Referendum (of
2016-06-23):
- 1,900,000 were too young to vote, more will
be Remainers.
- 1,300,000 died since & elderly vote more
& mostly leavers.
- Criminal fines from electoral malpractice.
Lies.
- Media manipulation by Russia & mega rich
to avoid new EU tax directive forcing them to
paying UK more tax.
- Since over 2.5 years ago, opinions have
changed, as between elections too.
- Right to vote was denied to 3,700,000 British
voters globally.
- Right to vote was stolen from 750,000 British voters in EU.
You need to form a Government of National Unity
before Britain Dis-Unites, Jobs & capital
flight occurs, Insurrection starts in Scotland, British resident in Europe burn
Union Jacks, & London independence gains
strength, etc.
Yours Sincerely

DAY in Westminster:
Subject: MPs to debate petitions relating to
leaving the European Union on Monday 14
January.
From: "Petitions: UK Government and
Parliament"
<no-reply@petition.parliament.uk>
Date: Wed, 9 Jan 2019 03:34:45 +0000
The Petitions Committee (the group of MPs who
oversee the petitions system) met today and
agreed to schedule a debate on Monday 14
January 2019 on the following group of
petitions expressing different views on leaving
the European Union:
The Committee has decided to have a single
debate on these petitions because it wanted to
ensure they were debated as soon as possible,
so they would be less likely to be overtaken by
events. The Committee has included some smaller
petitions because they are very similar to
those with 100,000 signatures.
The debate will start at 4.30pm. You can watch
it at parliamentlive
. tv / Commons . A transcript will be
published the following day at hansard
. parliament . uk
You can follow the Petitions Committee on

That meeting was a grossly inefficient

Credit to the Brits in Bavaria
organisers, They generously devote time to
us Brits (even though most don't
need to as they have already secured dual
nationality), & through their
organisation, attendance was much increased
for the
Consul's event.
David from stage & Ingrid from floor
gave useful information but British in
Bavaria also contributed to making the
Consul's large meeting look
good to his boss: The foreign government
& mandarins in Whitehall that abuse us,
& deny us votes & MP representation
& soon MEP's representation
too.
BiB seem far more
useful than
consulate, campaigning with host
country Germany to ease residence permit
applications for Brits. (I hope David &
Ingrid's travel expenses to Berlin next week might
be paid by
Consulate, but I'd guess not).
Salaried
Consulate & FCO don't care
much about British abroad, just encourage
us to take foreign nationality to get rid
of us as their problem, Meeting Time Was
Incredibly Inefficiently Wasted: - Not much
time spent giving generic info pertinent to
all, masses of time after on a sequence of
boring individual cases better discussed 1
to 1.
- The
Consul (not announced on web invite,
even after event), had brought 2 ladies
from
Kreis Verwaltung Referat who answered
question in a friendly & informed
manner, but one spoke only German, so
endless translation to English, many didn'
t need, on individual's
problems.
- Endless boring questions of detailed
personal circumstances, near all to
KVR ladies that would have been better
in private session to
KVR, not wasting the time of hundreds
in audience, & then repeated in
English
- Loads of people couldn't ask
questions. Many left early.
- I intercepted the lazy microphone
stroller to tell him quietly "Time for some
questions to _
Consul_, not just the other two. I have
a question for _
Consul_ !" He ignored it. He failed to
ask questioners what topics, to assure
variety.
- I had a quiet word with David on stage
"How about some Questions to
Consul!" David not interested. All
questions going to
KVR Me: "This meeting was advertised as
with the _
Consul_ !"
Consul latched that (give
Consul his due there!).
- Just 2 people from floor raised non
personal-only problems (that I recall) of
wider non personal interest: Ingrid, then
me later.
- My point was: "As 750,000+ of us have no votes,
no MPs, & PM Theresa May lied in Para 3 line 2 of Art.
50, that referendum was
democratic, & as MPs still are
un-informed & say it was full free
& fair, & as we asked the last
Consul to report this back to London,
& _As We Have NO MPs_ - Did last
Consul reported this to London ?"
[Applause followed, Thanks!] New
Consul: "Yes", Alan in loud aside to me
"AND ... ?" The
Consul Gave No Information! No response
to our previous numerous complaints to old
Consul at previous meetings.
The Meeting Was A Horrible Waste Of
Opportunity: - Much time was wasted on
personal cases of little relevance to many.
- At end I asked David on stage to announce
people could email MPs
via parliament.uk [& there was an EU petition for
European citizenship to sign]. He wasn'
t interested, said it could go in
newsletter later. Wrong! : Today & This
week is ideal to email
MPs! The EU petition needs regular
plugging, not least 'cos we may no
be eligible to sign it in 2.5 months ! -
The petition to Queen could have been
considered/mentioned, that BiB have evaded for a year. berklix .
org / queen/ - David could have called
for a discussion at the end, eg how to
influence UK decision makers. Not done. -
We could have publicised this list &
others too as a means of discussion to
supplement one way communication from
Consul & BiG
newsletter - We could have called for
suggestions from audience, beyond the mere
eternal "How do I apply for German XYZ?"
(that is better on an FAQ or individually).
- Could have discussed active measures eg
stuffbrexit.uk -
Could have discussed if more legal measures
possible against Brexit, in light of eg
election manipulation etc.
brexitshambles . com / to - say - theres -
a - smell - surrounding - the - eu -
referendum - is - an - understatement - its
- an - overpowering - stench/
The Meeting Had No Effective
Chairmanship & Little General Benefit
Perhaps because BiG had
not convened it so David could not control
it. Just a panel discussion that will look
good on the
Consul's report to FCO, but was
extremely inefficient of many participants
time, very many left early, far worse than
a panel discussion at a trade show (which
works better with numbers limited to about
10% of last night).
BiG/BiB should
consider if its worth continuing to bless
Consul's meetings with their
name. A year back, BiG/BiB might have drawn more
attendance because of
Consul presence. Now meetings organised
by
Consul largely waste time, counter
productive in that we don't control
them, & they distract while the clock
ticks. We should be spending some time
fighting Brexit, not just forever hearing
the same old German citizenship & permits
questions.

"People's Vote" launched a new website and
campaign The People' s Voice peoples -
vote . uk / peoples_voice tell them what you think
the solution is - Good Idea! Below are their questions
& 1 set of answers, give them your answers too.
- QUESTION 1
What are the biggest challenges facing people,
businesses and communities in this country? (300
words)
- ANSWER 1
2nd least democratic country in Europe,
3,700,000 votes stolen from British abroad, 750,000 from British in EU, no
MPs soon no MEPs. 110
countries citizens abroad can vote. 2.8 Million too
young to vote, 1.9 Million died,
mostly leavers. Fraud, fines, lies, corrupt web
bot manipulation.
-
- QUESTION 2
How can we begin to heal some of the divisions
in our country? (300 words)
- ANSWER 2
Don't steal votes from British abroad.
Make electoral lies an offence: not so at
present. Prosecute web bots manipulating media.
House of Commons committees work with Security
service on Russia. Expose tax avoiders funding
Brexit to evade new EU law forcing more tax to
UK.
-
- QUESTION 3
Is there more that Europe should do to address
these challenges and help overcome divisions in
the UK? (300 words)
- ANSWER 3
Europe should slow down rate of growth &
legislation. Most countries have many who like
their national variance. European parliament
needs more power as We the people elect MEPs,
take power from elsewhere in EU, maybe council of
ministers ? Or [not sure] ?
(PS Re. Answer 3: Need to find time to
learn more about structure of
EU.)
-
- QUESTION 4
What should be different about the leadership
and style for a new campaign to stay in Europe
compared to the last one? (300
words)
- ANSWER 4
Include British citizens resident in EU, more
impacted than British in the UK. Maybe allow EU
citizens resident in UK as Brexit will wreck
their lives. There's a precedent in
suffrage law for Scottish independence
referendum. Eire & Australia citizens
resident in UK could vote last time!

Dear ___, Thanks for your mail of 25th
Sept. Boris Johnson'
s 2nd prorogation will kill
https://services.parliament.uk/bills/2017-19/overseaselectors.html
unless the Commons persuades government to
retain it.
The Commons should:
- Refuse minority PM Johnson's 2nd
prorogation to evade Parliament'
s scrutiny.
- Remind the Queen she has
701 privy counsellors, & should
require eg 10 assorted counsellors
present for advice, not 3 bad counsellors
as at last prorogation, that included the
ERG crash Brexit profiting Leader of the
House, Rees-Mogg.
- Invite the Queen to request an MP to
form a coalition Majority
government.
Mr Johnson drags the
UK to a Crash Brexit, inc. civil strifs,
shortages, & a run on the pound. Today pre Brexit smart
investments are reported moving to
Switzerland (My investments all in the
UK, though expenses in Euros: Patriotic or
foolish, but scarey!).
After Johnson'
s Crash Brexit, Conservative votes
will haemorage, blaming:
- Johnson &
Conservative MPs
- ERG Brexit speculators &
promoters
- Old 60+ party members who imposed Crash Johnson as
unelected PM.
Crash Johnson is
unfit to be PM, even Corbin just wants a
Brexit, but not a Crash Brexit. All parties
have
MPs much better fit than them to be PM
of a coalition. Please work cross parties
to save Britain.

https://services.parliament.uk/bills/2017-19/overseaselectors.html
unless the Commons persuades government to
retain it.
The Commons should:
- Refuse minority PM Johnson's 2nd
prorogation to evade Parliament'
s scrutiny.
- Remind the Queen she has
701 privy counsellors, & should
require eg 10 assorted counsellors
present for advice, not 3 bad counsellors
as at last prorogation, that included the
ERG crash Brexit profiting Leader of the
House, Rees-Mogg.
- Invite the Queen to request an MP to
form a coalition Majority
government.
Mr Johnson drags the
UK to a Crash Brexit, inc. civil strifs,
shortages, & a run on the pound. Today pre Brexit smart
investments are reported moving to
Switzerland (My investments all in the
UK, though expenses in Euros: Patriotic or
foolish, but scarey!).
Crash Johnson is
unfit to be PM, even Mr Corbin just wants a
Brexit, but not a Crash Brexit. All parties
have
MPs more acceptable to other parties
than both of them to be PM of a coalition.
Please work cross parties to save Britain
from Johnson'
s intended Crash Brexit,
Thanks,

Public Flag Burning ? by
UK Citizens Resident In The EU To mark Stolen Votes,

Brexit
-

- If PM further delays & Parliament lets
Brexit slip too far, & the risk of a hard
Brexit significantly increases ...
- British resident outside the UK in Continental
Europe may stage Union Jack Flag
Burnings, to deliver a message: UK parliament'
s hard Brexit would existentially impact
British abroad, who were also denied votes in the
old 2016-06-23
referendum which was
gerrymandered by stealing
rights to vote of 3,700,000 British abroad globally
(& 750,000 British in the
EU) & the 2016-06-23
referendum was then lied to be
democratic.
- britishineurope.org
apparently will be too tame to consult on flag burning
dates.
- Flag burning
would just flag annoyance to Parliament, it
would be a mild action compared to last time
Britain denied voting rights to British citizens
abroad, which resulted in Britain loosing
The American War Of Independence.
When Britain denied
Votes For Women, that also escalated to civil
disorder. The abusive government is already
providing 3,500 troops in the UK to enforce their
hard Brexit.
- British resident overseas over 15 years have already lost their right
to vote in General Elections & eg Brexit etc
Referendums, & British resident in the EU
will also lose their right to vote for EU MEPs.
UK parliament
should give British Abroad our rights to
vote.

Email to BBC: Please interview some [electors] British
abroad.
In the
archive, available to those on the Mail
List brexit@
Feel free to email other media similar etc
To: pm@bbc.co.uk
Subject: Another region of under interviewed general
election voters: Europe !
Date: Mon, 02 Dec 2019 23:42:33 +0100
Hi pm@bbc.co.uk,
Luke Jones interviewed people in Stockton on Tees
N.E. England today, for Radio 4
s PM Programme, searching
under represented regions & views on the
election:
A big group of electors not interviewed by the BBC
is British
abroad: British non resident in the UK for less
than 15 years can still vote, & will vote as they
know how Brexit will drastically impact British
resident in the EU more than British resident in the
UK & NI.
Please interview some British abroad
especially those whose vote has not yet been robbed
by the 15 year rule. Ask them which way & why
they will be voting. The "why" may include:
Mr Johnson s hard Brexit will
damage perhaps 1.5 ? million
British in
the EU who will loose rights to live & work
in the countries they are in, & loose social
security & health
insurance etc. Some will move back homeless to
UK, loosing friends & business contacts
becoming extra burdens on UK NHS & social
security.
Some of the British in
Europe will be allowed to stay in EU, if they
successfully jump bureaucratic hurdles fast enough.
(In Germany, after 34 years, I got 3 months notice,
some towns in France apparently issue just a few
weeks notice).
Brexit has coerced many British to
take dual foreign nationality. After Brexit, dual
won't be possible in Germany, so British will be
forced to renounce British citizenship to obtain
just foreign citizenship.
750 Thousand British living in
Europe, got NO vote in the 2016 Brexit Referendum, &
will get NO vote in this election, 110 countries allow citizens
abroad to vote, but Britain steals the right to
vote after 15 years abroad.
Those extra 750K British in EU
should have 10 MPs pro rata to represent us. berklix.eu/brexit/#extra_mps
But We have No Votes, No MPs to represent us, &
No BBC
journalists interview us.
Even with all savings, pension, house &
family members in UK & frequent visits,
including on referendum or election day, we still
can't vote.
Successive Conservative manifestos have lied
that 3.4 million British
abroad globally would get the right to vote,
but we have not.
Last time Britain stole so many votes from
British citizens, the victims were called
Americans, & the UK economy lost the
War of Independence.
Regards

Before Brexit, the EU foolishly announced they

- Hard Brexit may erupt, after collapse of negotiations
already way behind schedule expect trade, travel, &
transport chaos. UK & EU
politician will blame each other, irrelevantly, while many
business & peoples suffer.
See
BBC's 14 October 2017 "Brexit: What would '
no deal'
look like?"
- UK tax haven users, if they sponsored Brexit media, will
celebrate money well spent to evade new EU anti
tax haven law.
- UK Economic decline for a decade, (Global trade deals
take far longer than two years to negotiate. It took the
German economy longer to recover after acquiring moribund
East Germany).
- Young British in the UK will lose their right to easily
work a couple of years on the continent, for career
advancement & adventure, & will criticise the old
fogies who blighted their careers, voting for Brexit.
- British abroad will curse the Stolen Brexit Referendum
of 2016-06-23 that imperils their continued residence,
work & life abroad in the EU.
- The most dynamic workers may emigrate from the damaged
UK, no longer to the EU, but further globally, with less
incentive to return once the break from UK & Europe is
achieved.
- Masses of British might be forced home from EU (eg
masses retired in Spain) back to live in the UK, burdening UK
housing stocks & NHS, unless a Brexit deal is done.
- Exposure of the Lie "We all had a
vote - now we must live with it!" - 3.7 Million were denied a vote - 760,000 in Europe
- Idiocy over-ruled: Those who deny British Abroad a
vote.
- Brexit campaign funding exposures: Tax haven evaders
sponsoring Brexit to avoid the EU's 2019 anti tax
haven law & maybe also sponsored by Putin' s Russia (to weaken the West) ?
- vote, stealing our democracy, may be over-ruled. The
idiots who similarly said "I don't think we should
give the Scots a vote on independence" were similarly
over ruled. Idiots who steal democracy incite violent
opposition & revolt.
- Exposure as rogues, liars, etc, of some politicians
abusing Britain for personal & party advantage, inc.
supine MPs submitting to party whips rather
than heeding conscience & duty to constituency &
country: Traitors to Britain & democracy.
- Self serving political leaders dumped.
- Scotland / Wales / N. Ireland revolt to remain in EU ?
Or London independence ? Declaring eg: London declares
independence from the UK, (UDA, Rhodesia style) , & will
operate as a city state like Singapore, & joining the EU [with
Scotland], or co-operating with the EU,
Norway style.
- British of Internet generations will increasingly out
vote the dieing old fogies of Empire.
- Some Brexit advocates claim Brexit is final, but it is no
more final than was the `finality.
of The war to
end war aka World War One ... followed by World War
Two.
- Britain may later choose or Need to rejoin the EU later,
likely on worse terms than Brexit forces on us now, (eg loss
of rebate, compulsory Euro for future members etc).
If European
Council & UK agree.

3. The Treaties shall cease to apply to the State
in question from the date of entry into force of the

en .
wikipedia . org / wiki / European_Council
comprises the heads of state or government of the
EU
member states, along with the President of the European
Council and the President of the European
Commission.
So UK + 27 + 2 EU
would need to agree.
If both sides decide in last week[s], its in their
mutual interest to stop the clock, they could. eg if
hard Brexit looms, both sides forsee massive losses in
disrupted trade & services, & UK also announces
"As UK & EU
are expected to fail to agree a deal by the deadline.
UK will make No Leaving Payment to EU that was
discussed in the rejected deal. Both sides should meet
urgently to discuss per Art 50.3 If & how long
negotiations might or should be prolonged." Realists
both sides must know 2 years was too short to negotiate
trade deals etc that usually take much longer, + both
sides have behaved badly, & presumably know it, not
just UK but EU
too, eg with: Galileo

Why Dig ?
Would be useful if a few Hard Brexit proponents
were recalled & removed. ERG party within a
party have parasited the Conservative &
Unionist Party, to Break the UK from EU with a Hard
Brexit, that will trigger a Split
Of The Union of the ex United Kingdom of `
Great'
Britain , fracturing Ireland & Scotland &
maybe London, with preceeding
civil insurrection & economic slump, &
possibly Civil War later with splits of the UK. The
UK economy & pound will dive when there are
already too many other global downward economic
pressures.
Some newspapers (inc. Guardian) have done
articles on certain MPS, [perhaps or not now Ex]
Ministers, & spouses thereof who will make
massive fortunes if Brexit is forced. Regardless
how much pre-Brexit already damages British
economy, & how much more Hard Brexit will
damage Britain.
The MP's expenses scandal may be the tip
of an iceberg. Small fry caught, but bigger Brexit
fish swimming deeper. Additional income is
[probably incompletely] listed in
MP's register of financial interests -
2017-2019, but they won't likely list
massive potential future winnings for themselves,
spouses & cronies if Brexit is forced through;
& hardly likely to see mentions of "You scratch
my back ... & I'll give you a
directorship later" type scenarios.
Who bought the opinions of the less intelligent
&/or uninformed that some MPs pander to? Who
pays to entertain & sway such MPs ? There'
s massive money for some to win forcing
Brexit. Worth it to some to liberally grease
wheels.
The
Media & Culture sub committee of House of
Commons looked into some involvements, even Russian.
Journalists could do more more "Follow the
Money" exposures, eg: Who paid for Cambridge Analytica's vote
swaying? Who pays for newspaper editorials &
opinions bundled in news? Who got fined by Electoral Commission so
far? Who funds
Farage & co. Whose investments require
Britain to leave the EU, even if Britain has to
crash out Hard?

citizenship to all UK citizens (whether in UK or

would secure free movement within the EU

Parliament.
Best we promote/ support/ or start petitions on UK & EU official
sites, not get distracted by petitions on random sites.
That page contains:
This petition is promoted by Good Law Project
Limited. If the petition gets to 100,000
signatories we will present it to Downing Street
and ask for it to be debated in Parliament.
I'm all for petitions to allow individuals
direct EU
dual citizenship etc,
(Pref. Stand alone document to be available, not
just a stamp in a UK passport that expires every
10 years. No wish to trust the UK that stole
&
Gerrymandered Millions of ex pat votes.)
But goodlawproject.org
may seem woolly headed:
- May be better To: Petition UK Parliament
direct on its official site, petition
. parliament .uk /petitions /
Which guarantees to consider petitions over 100,000;
Which vets email addresses while they're
filed, to remove fakes,
(so #10 couldn't on receipt later assert
"there were lots of fakes", Better trust career
civil servants for Parliament than
No. 10's political staff supporting PM
).
- Don't submissively trust turncoat
Theresa May to present it to Parliament, give
MPs review body the direct
legal right to consider it themselves, regardless
of PM.
goodlawproject.org is wrong place to store a
petition; no problem promoting petitions there too, But storing
it there may distract attention from more usefully
centralised UK & EU
official petitions.
Avoid distraction and dimunition of effort:
- Better to support or start a petition directly
findable on UK & EU's sites
petiport . secure . europarl . europa . eu /
petitions / en / show - petitions
europarl . europa . eu / atyourservice / en /
displayFtu . html ? ftuId = FTU_2 . 1 . 4 .
html
- - Not on multiple obscure 3rd party sites (other petitions exist). (Though
EU
(unlike UK) want a 3rd party site to run actual
petition vote counting mechanisms, petitions should still be linked
from EU
site to be official, credible, sensibly found,
unitary, not dividing effort).
-
As various petitions on
official sites inc. UK have time expired, there may
be one use to a 3rd party site, Not as a petition
site as such, but to house:
- A petition text, pre published, that will
Later be copied & filed as a new petition on
official UK &/or EU
petition sites.
- An announcement-only mail list, people would
gradually subscribe their own email addresses
to
- when the list owners see target is reached,
owners would announce to list, asking all
individuals on list to individually add signature
to a petition that had been created on an
official site, just created so it would not
quickly expire.
- berklix.org would
be happy to create such a mail list to support a
later petition. The text of the intended petition
& the site it would later be filed at, would
appear in the new mail list description.
Be cautious, distractions may arise from Brexit
supporters sooner or later, In an era with:
- Tweet bot flooding paid by political campaigners,
fake likes, fake news.
- USA senate hearings considering it was in Russia's interest to
promote Brexit (whether Russia
did, being a seperate issue)
- Some newspaper owners have long ground their own
financial axes
- Some web sites can promote petitions on anything, collect
addresses, &/or carry adverts, providing
commercial incentive to promote divisive multiple petitions, which may promote

Outside the UK, Distrust UK government sites eg
*.gov.uk, that speak of EU, They merely suggest some topics
to consider, but are NOT authoritative for the EU. Instead
search &
consult authoritative Sources in the EU (Some below).
-
Examples of uk sites that are Not authoritative for EU:
- .gov.uk sites are Not authoritative for EU; may be
obsolete; or false; written for monoglots
resident in Britain who too innocently trust government
advice, controlled by those answerable to Johnson.
-
Why To Not Trust British Government Media:
- The British government lied to its citizens
abroad, stole British citizens resident in EU right
to vote on Brexit, & broke UK law pro-roguing
Parliament.
- A British Consul in Munich, who kept spouting
government mis information & some government lies
to his over polite British audience, ignoring
murmurings & feet shuflings, continued until
finaly there was a mass eruption shouting him down,
telling him to stop his government falsehoods. (One

author) ).
- Lieing British government of Johnson, illegaly
pro-rogued parliament
- The British government at 2020-11 sought an act
of parliament (Internal
Markets Bill) to break International law, to
renege on last year's
deal with the EU.
- (EU sites are of course equally Not authoritative for
travel requirements to enter the UK.
Only for what's
needed to [re]-enter EU. ))

It says

- It says if you upload all docs now it will go
faster (is that application process or form upload,
can't remember) (might not be an advantage if other
docs not yet assembled). It wanted to upload a
passport image. My browser (firefox) wouldnt open a
select window. My firefox Does normaly. It also
supports taking a photo of passport from mobile, via
a QR code (if you do that, take the photo before you
click on the QR code)

One has to choose between:
Ich lebe in Deutschland mit folgendem
Aufenthaltsrecht:
- Freizügigkeitsberechtigte Bürger
der Europäischen Union/Schweizer
Staatsangehörige
- Niederlassungserlaubnis
- Aufenthaltserlaubnis
One cannot choose 1 & 3 though this author has
both. I've been told we dont need (3) as [ex]
members of EU, so maybe KVR expect one to select
(1) ? If one selects [3] then it opens more boxes
for when Aufenthaltserlaubnis issued. Those
questions do not appear on the paper form.
Supporting supposition [1] is expected ? &
might reduce surplus questions ?
Seems best to fill in the paper form.

- B1 language minimum and a test is
not a legal requirement, but the KvR in most areas
require it. It's at the discretion of the case bureaucrat
and it's easier for their jobs to require everyone to
take the test.
Its just one language test, They award you B1 or B2 (or
A1, A2, C2) depending on your erformance. a2=7-14,
b1=15-20.
Easiest to Hardest: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2.
(Stated here because its not intuitive: It's a
different order to German & British school &
University exams, where a 1 is better higher grade of
competence than a 2)
